Description
Zeck Rippler (Perch)
The Rippler from Zeck originates from Uli Beyer's collection of ideas. The aim was to combine a large silhouette with a low weight and optimum running characteristics. The intricately shaped ribs represented a real challenge in mold making, and that is also the reason why there has never been a lure like this before. Slanted, deeply cut ribs allow for improved aerodynamics and a noticeable reduction in weight. In addition, maneuverability is retained and the lure folds easily into the predator's mouth. The Baby Rippler with a length of 12 cm is the smallest lure in this family. You can use it particularly well for jigging. Target fish are perch, zander and pike. You can jig the rippler in 16 cm, but you can also simply lure it in. Target fish are primarily pike and zander. Due to its low weight, you can also fish the Rippler in 20 cm with fairly light rods and cast all day without tiring. The main target fish is pike. It catches best when lured in, whether on a shallow rig or weighted.

Running behavior WITH the upper tail tip: If you leave the tail tip on the lure, you get a slow-motion action, which is particularly advantageous for large predators and in winter fishing (the lure should not wag too wildly).

Running behavior WITHOUT the upper tail tip: If you remove the tail tip, you get an agile and powerful run. We recommend this lure action in most situations (especially during warm periods). Incidentally, you can simply tear off the tail tip.
