One sachet is sufficient for 4 litres of water, which corresponds to approx. 4 to 5 portion trout. Easy to use: 1. Stir the contents of the bag into 4 litres of water. 2. Soak the cleaned fish in it for approx. 8-12 hours (keep cool). 3. Then rinse the fish with cold water and dry well. 4. Smoke as usual. Contents: 175 g.
