Salmo Trembler
The tremarella technique (Italian for trembling technique) uses a sensitive rod to set the rig vibrating. The bulbous float shape of the tremarella ideally transmits these vibrations to the surface of the water, creating pressure waves that are perceived by the trout's lateral line organ. The natural hunting instinct of the fish is stimulated. This active technique appeals to the hunting instinct, curiosity and bite reflex.
