Matze Koch Matze's pike float No.1

Matze's favorite pike fishing float comes in a teardrop shape with the 1000-times proven "plumb bend" in the inner guide. Originally intended for trolling to prevent the bait from moving towards the float on the surface, Matze uses the properties of the "Wonder Bend" to perfectly sound out a pike spot with a single cast. Push the stopper on the line far above the expected depth and cast out. Once the lead ball reaches the bottom, retrieve it and keep the line taut. The float will stay where it is, showing you the exact depth. Now simply slide the stopper onto the float. Use about two-thirds of the specified weight capacity for a perfect lead.
