Smoking is a breeze with this hexagonal smoking witch. It is particularly suitable for “cold smoking” salmon trout sides or other fish fillets. Always keep the temperature below 27 degrees and the smoking witch will do most of the work for you. It is suitable for cold smoke over 12 hours. Dimensions: 21 x 18 x 5 cm.
